Nano-cotton clothing - bushcraft style

We sew clothes from cotton . Natural bushcraft style, inspired by the north. With or without nanomembrane. Clothes for wandering in the woods, for fishermen, photographers, chunky... Decent colours that blend in with the wilderness. Water-repellent finish without harmful PFCs. Strong, abrasion and fire resistant fabric. And slightly stretchy. It won't blow, it won't waterproof. Of course we have taped seams and WR zippers and a subtle logo. From the jackets, we have the Anorak kangaroo jacket with a nanomembrane. The Cudbi version without the membrane. The jackets have great head protection. We also have a full-zip Nanosuuf jacket. Lugaha or Surval trousers.

Also worn by instructors from Outdoor Survival and Survive magazine

We wear Faramugo jackets and anoraks as Outdoor Survival instructors during survival courses and other field work. In several months of using them, I have to appreciate especially the fact that they do not get wet even in heavy rain and at the same time remain perfectly breathable even in wet conditions. I will describe their main features using the Nanosuuf model as an example. It is characterised by a sophisticated cut that offers sufficient freedom of movement. The ergonomic hood allows the use of a protective helmet, and the ability to tighten it tightly around the face ensures an unobstructed view to the sides. The sleeves sit well on the wrists thanks to Velcro fasteners that are easy to operate even with gloves on. Other positives include the waterproof zips, the natural colour and the fact that the jacket is not too short in the back even when working in a squatting or bending position. Not to be boastful, on rainy days it became apparent that once the top layer gets wet and soaks up water, the jacket becomes noticeably heavier. It also starts to get cold when it gets wet, so you need to use an optimally thick base layer of insulation - like a merino thermal shirt. Cotton top layers take longer to dry than synthetic materials, but this is a small price to pay for excellent sweat wicking even when wet.
